Alan was a piper in the Colinton & Currie Pipe Band. He was never a member of ‘Let it Blaw’ but was the Marchbank Burns Club’s piper. Alan attended ‘Let it Blaw’ in 1977 and 1978 when our own piper, Bobby Peat, was unavailable.
