In 1881 when ‘Let it Blaw’ was founded, Agnes, together with Ann Dow, was a Servant living and working at Henderson’s Inn.
It seems reasonable to assume that when required, such as the occasions of ‘Let it Blaw’ Suppers, Agnes and Ann would be called upon to work in the kitchen or perhaps as a waitress.
