Alex became a member of ‘Let it Blaw’ c.1905 and was first mentioned in the Toast List/Programme in 1908. He was described in early Club Records as residing at “Kinauld”.
At several annual Suppers, Alex attended wearing his uniform of Colour Sergeant in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Cape Town Rifles
