Never a member of ‘Let it Blaw’, Barry was the son of Dougie Blyth, Landlord of the Kestrel Hotel, location of the Club Suppers from 1978 to 2001.
Barry attended several suppers as the Club’s guest; on at least one occasion standing in for Dougie in replying to the “Toast to the Landlord.”
