John Gillon became a member of ‘Let it Blaw’ in 1903 and Club Records refer to him residing in Juniper Green.
He was a butcher to trade and operated shops in both Colinton Village and Juniper Green.
He is not thought to be connected to fellow butcher and ‘Let it Blaw’ member William Gillon from the same era.
