Father Miley was the Parish Priest at St Joseph’s R.C. Church in Balerno. He became a member of ‘Let it Blaw’ in 1920 and was first mentioned in the Toast List/Programme of 1921.
In addition to proposing and replying to Toasts, he appears to have frequently sung as part of the harmony at annual suppers.
